Definition

"Connected Accounts" means third-party accounts, platforms, inboxes, communication tools, or systems that you connect to Dialixo, whether directly by you or on your behalf.

Authority and Responsibility

By connecting any third-party account to Dialixo, you confirm that you have the right and authority to do so. You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Connected Accounts while using our service.

Limited License

Dialixo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service for your internal business or personal use, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

Payment Obligations

If Dialixo offers paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or usage-based billing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Terms

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar charges associated with your purchase
• Any billing dispute must be raised within a reasonable time after the charge appears

We aim to keep Dialixo available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service at all times.

Suspension and Modification

We may suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue part or all of the service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, legal reasons, security concerns, or business reasons, with or without notice where permitted.

Dialixo may integrate with or rely on third-party tools, providers, APIs, hosting platforms, payment processors, and external services.

Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the availability, actions, content, policies, or performance of third-party services. Your use of such services may also be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

Right to Suspend or Terminate

Dialixo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• You engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct
• Your use creates a legal, reputational, or security risk
• Required payments are not received
• We are required to do so by law or to protect the service, users, or third parties

Consequences of Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated:

• Your access to the service may be immediately removed
• You may lose access to stored data, settings, or Connected Accounts
• Outstanding fees or obligations may remain due
• We are not obligated to provide compensation or refunds except where required by law

Dialixo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations, produce specific results, or always operate without delays, errors, or interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialixo and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Total Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dialixo for the service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater, unless a different limit is required by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dialixo and its affiliates, team members, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your violation of any third-party rights

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of Dialixo after the revised Terms are posted indicates your acceptance of them.
